The knowledge exchange spaces that we present below are integrated by groups of people who share information, ideas and experience about an area of ​​common interest. This Knowledge Sharing is part of a new way of working with which it is intended to promote and improve communication between the professionals and the administrations involved and intend to serve as a channel for the constant training, dissemination and exchange of ideas. If knowledge is recognized today as one of the most valued factors in economic processes, it is a no less fundamental component for local development initiatives in the South. But this does not imply that development can be resolved by establishing a transmission belt from global knowledge collections to rural communities
